仕事内容・スキル	【MAIN PURPOSE】 The purpose of this role is to work with the Retail Excellence Manager to plan, develop and implement overall retail strategy and training to achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented culture and to achieve company goals for retention growth and profitability. This position reports to the Retail Excellence Manager and collaborates with headquarters. 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 1. Retail Excellence Work with the Manager to; - Develop and implement the overall Retail Excellence initiative in Japan. - Implement retail excellence standard in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure consistency with overall image and service quality. - Analyze KPIs and implement necessary actions with the aim of elevating the Client Engagement and boost sales performance. - Collaborate with local and HQ functions in special initiative for in-store activation. - To be owner and initiative Retail Excellence projects (RISE, Mystery Shopping and VOC ). 2. Training Work with Trainer to; - Localize the yearly training plan according to regional guidelines to fulfill retail team with professional knowledge and execute efficiently to support retail team to achieve the sales target. - Deliver Training, collaborate with Trainer, BTQ managers and BT to generate follow up guideline post in-class training. - According to the KPI analysis and CXG results, generate training solutions or other initiatives to support for retail’s improvement and work closely with RM and store managers in follow-up and assure the implementation. • 5+ years working experience in Luxury Brands (retail training background is plus) • PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong strategic thinking ability • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Proactive, has strong commitment, patient. • Coordination ability with different counterparts • Multitasking player • Team player with a strong collaborative attitude • Passionate, Strong ownership • fluent Japanese & Business level English
